Hope you guys can help.

Download CPU-Z for core voltage. HWmonitor doesn't display that correctly.

Those temps are too hot for your set up - I'm thinking you've installed it wrong rather than there being a problem with the cooler.

To answer the question though - Noctua D14 is the best out there. But you won't see much of a difference between that and your current cooler.

I'd probably try to push to an H100i if it will fit your case though. Do you have good enough case airflow?

Your temps aren't really anything to be massively concerned about btw...
The 3570k can go up to 105 degrees C before shutting down.
You've realistically got another 20 degrees to play with to be safe

like the others already said go for the nh-d14 with some high static pressure fans...
or go a little step further and watercool it :)

gonna run priime95 again with cpu z just te be shure..

And how do I clean off old thermal paste? I what Thermal paste should I use to get the best results and how to apply it think thats a fault from me to :$

My new CM690 ll advanced is coming in Wednesday.... Is the corsair H100i a option to get my system cooler and how do i mount the fans for the maximum airflow?

Overclock properly, it's so so easy on Ivybridge. You should be able to get stable 4.0ghz without adjusting any voltages. Software will always massively overstate to ensure you're stable - that's why you're running hotter than usual.

Okay, I reset the bios this is it now:

Is the Corsair H100i a alternative to gets things cooler?

try to apply new thermal paste and test again
the h100i should be able to get it a bit cooler
Okay, thats clear now I apply'd the thermal paste wrong... How do I get the old stuff of and how do I mount the Corsair Hq00i in a CM690 ll for best performance
