Daily OC?

What's up guys,
Just bought my new haswell rig and decided to overclock my 4770k. The cooler is an H100i, and I was able to get the CPU up to 4.5 ghz on 1.25 volts. It passes wPrime 1024m with all the cores at 68*C. Is this a suitable daily overclock?

Try running OCCT and then in Linpak mode. That IMO is the best software to stress test a Cpu. 8hrs is recommended
