CS:S Video Stress Test: Show It Off!

Nick FRAPS gets a reading about 1-5FPS off of the one you that command console reader.

I got an average 140FPS at stock on my card running at 1280 x 1024 4 x 16 x

The cards meant to run at 1600 x 1400 and still maintain a high framerate in games like css. Its late but if you totally insist I will run that thing in css game. I know that I get a stupidly high FPS on this thing cause its the latest and best. I'm not showing off but man you gotta give in sometimes ffs

and btw im 90% sure that the stress test is universal, i mean it doesnt matetr what AA/AF settings u use. i tried it at low and at high setting s at both were 117 fps. cd somebosy check for me plz?

Holy hell. Thats insane. I gotta get into overclocking.

Except I think when he says 'all settings maxed' he means that he has 0xAA ;)

When you set 6xAA on an nVidia card it reverts back to 0xAA because they don't support it.

When I say all settings maxed I mean 4x AA, otherwise it looks crappy ;)

Dude you beat Eguy. Jesus it really must be teh Asus' fault =|.

No I only beat eguy because I'm running at a lower screen res. And I wouldn't contribute his lack of performance on the mobo (which I don't care for), it's a serious driver issue that's letting 6800's lay the smack down on 7800's.
