Crysis Warhead Glitch

I have no idea how it happened so I am unsure on how I would recreate it but here is what happened:

Fighting a guy on the first mission who was on the other side of a beach. I Looked down the scope and shot a few bullets at him. I then noticed he was not dying and I was pretty sure I was hitting him.

I came out of scope and fired a few rounds randomly and to my amazement my gun was shooting chickens!

I ran closer to the enemy and discovered his gun was also firing this tasty bird. Naturally shooting a chicking at someone doesn't often kill.

Got a piccar of the moment. He has just shot at me with his chicken gun.

Yup, it is a shame. Crysis was bigged up way to much and when it got to us.. it was rubbish.

I look at the graphics I for some odd reason I think GTA4 looks better.

Was pretty disapointed with Warhead, doesn't live up to Crysis like everyone hoped.

Crysis Wars is horrible. But I found a autoexec.cfg that gives me some more fps while playing. Even at good performance I was getting about 15-25fps. With the tweak its now 30-50fps

ROFL...wish I had this bug...best I got was my laser pointer (just the red dot) showing during a cutscene and as always, a random crash.

I've had a blast so far on Warhead, I think it looks exactly the same TBH, but that's just me. I don't think I get any better FPS, which I think is about 30-40 on very high, 1920*1200 and x8Q aa. I've enjoyed replaying Crysis, but I still get random freezes occasionally, or yesterday, when one of the meshes went haywire and I had the big mountain with the alienship mesh appearing in the middle of the mining complex. Also the sound goes a bit crazy at times.

I reckon this isn't being hleped by 8GB or RAM, which makes the whole machine less than happy with its overclock (4.0GHz and ram on 1333)

this chicken bug is -as i believe- the crytek joke for those who didn't buy the game. (or could be ("reloaded" 's joke)

well, u SHOULD and dont use the "no-DVD" exe !!! Problem solved.

Do you understand the hassle of having a DVD in the drive all the time, it's a PITA.

I alway uses No-CD/DVD Cracks for my Games, except the games that you need to go online with; BF2, CoD2 etc.

here's a possible solution download this DLL in the attachment and replace it with the one in bin32 folder +USING the ORIGINAL exe

remember to backup

I'd try it, but unfortunately I don't like risking my safety by downloading random files from hardly known people. I'm sorry if this offended you but better safe than sorry I guess.
