Crysis 3 single player what are you running at ?

Nope the standard 1.5gb but mine is a 560ti hawk running at 1ghz on the core clock. I've found that in various benchmarks it's competing with the 570s. Also remember i'm running at "Medium" settings

Ah fair enough i have the 2gb at just over 900mhz
Ive been trying to find comparissons when running it in sli most things dont seem to make use of the second card.

does this amount of Vram usage look right for medium settings?

I had to revert to 13.1 drivers as 13.2 beta made me BSOD every 5 minutes playing games, looks like i wont be playing crysis 3 till AMD sort out their drivers

thats sad to hear :(
thought amd were the cards it was designed for

Yeah it's a gaming evolved title yet I don't know if that means that it's been optimised for AMD drivers or anything of the sort. It may just mean "We like AMD because they are throwing money at us".

I really wish my 7970 had worked properly because I would likely still have it and by now have it in Crossfire. Quite a costly mistake that was and not one I shall make again.

Shame :(

Had to system restore my pc to before i installed 13.2 was causing BSOD in other game i had 8 in less than 30 minutes last time i buy AMD.

Im getting BSOD with error 0x00000101 now i never had this before only just started after installing driver 13.2 i reverted back to 13.1 but its still happening.

im running a hd 7950, 1Ghz on the core and im averaging 35-50fps in most places. this is on very high settings with fxaa. i have not have had any crashes with the beta drivers.

well i hope it all sorts out for you fellas, if you have removed the divers and re instaled why not remove the entore cards system and reinstall using the old dirvers i had to do that with my 560ti gtx for another issue

all of y'all having issues with C3 check your ram. I was having fits with it I went as far to blame win8 and reinstalled back to win7 still had issues so i unraided my ssd's thinking one of them was faulty. I then flipped my bios switch back to stock 7970 speeds and still it crashed. I changed out myram and whallah I'm back to 100% stable. On a note with that said. I only had issues in C3 why I never suspected my ram.

btw I'm hitting 95 average with dips to 75 at lowest and 125 high peaks with 7970 crossfired at 1050 1500. I havent tried oc'n my cards as I havent seen a need for it yet. My cards were flashed to the Ghz bios for 1050 core 1500mem from 975 core 1375 mem @ lower volts.

Right, got a chance to mess about with it today

with my cards clocked at 1100/1600 with 13.2B7 drivers

Textures - Very High
Advanced Graphics - All High
Motion Blur - Low
Lens Flare - On
AA - SMAA 2X

i average at about 72fps, and heavy areas at 58, i think i can live with those frame rates, ill be experimenting as i go along, but those settings work well

My proper setup achieved a ~30fps performance on High preset with TXAA on 1920*1200, and now I am confined to a crappy laptop capable of running only minesweeper at 60fps.

thats not much more than a single card man ?

i have to play on high as im using 13.1 drivers as i had to re-install all of windows cause 13.2 caused BSOD every 5 minutes as soon as i installed them.

Tried Crysis 3 this evening on my friends PC, 2600k @ 4.8 with two GTX 480's @ 830 in SLI running Windows 7.

At his native res of 1920x1080 we turned everything up to very high, but with FXAA and it played really well. The intro (outside) scene ran pretty smoothly, not quite a fluid 60fps, but very good. Once inside it WAS fluid. Didn't get too far in the game, but very impressed with the performance on "old" tech lol. Those 480's - especially in SLI - are still pretty potent.

We even enabled 3d for a test, and while it did of course hit the FPS, it really wasn't that drastic, still perfectly playable @ 40fps+ nice. Crysis looks good in 3d.

Scoob.

Yeah I had 480s in SLI for a while last year and they were really quick. Shame they get so hot tbh.

You should see how they go over 900mhz on water haha they really fly then :D

As for 3D? it doesn't use proper 3D it just does what C2 does. Thus it won't hurt performance as much.
