Thanks, when I was building the CrossFlow comp I really took the hardware and built a case around it.
I tried to fix all the things wrong with comps (poor air, messy wires, no room, hard to change things)
Right now it has 2 Silenx fans, Hyper6+, and the Swiftech chipset cooler. That seems to be the coolest/quietest so far.

I used a propane torch at first
As long as you dont hold the fire in one place too long it wont burn. You will notice the plastic becomes easy to move.
For the CrossFire comp I used a Heat Gun (looks like a HD hairdryer). I found it works best at med setting (550Watts). If you mess up just re-heat it and bend it again.
For material I use just regular Acrylic Plastic (cheapest). On the CrossFire comp I used 1/8" (about 3mm)for the blue parts and 1/4" (about 6mm)for the Smoke end pieces (because I cut grooves into them)
The secret to good gluing is patience, clamp them and leave them alone for a few hours. Even with my very rough handeling I havent had a piece seperate yet.

For long straight cuts I use a 5 1/2" rechargeable saw with a 100 tooth blade.

For holes I use a Dremel with a circle cutter or a hole saw..
Its pretty easy to cut just remember to go slow and not force it.
The only problems I have had was when the batt on the saw was low (cracks) or if the blade is dull (also cracks)
There is another type of plastic. One of its names is Polycarbonate. Its much more flexable/sturdy. Its the stuff they use in bulletproof windows. It costs more but is easier to work with.
