But I don't know whats the best and stuff so it would be awesome if some of you guys could take your time to find out what I need to buy (everything from rads to fittings and all that) Thanks a lot guys :D
I'm also buying to GPU's (2x EVGA 680 Hydro Copper) I only want to cool the CPU and GPU not any mosfeet stuffythings.

You're welcome dude :)
Those are the three video's from the CoolerMaster Koolance Cosmos Video's from TTL that would be the most helpful I though. I absolutely check out the third video (CKC - Complete - Coolermaster Koolance Cosmos) to make sure you'll do it the right way just like TTL did. For the bottom 240s, I would actually still remove the lower plate and use double-sided foamtape to mount the rads. I'm not sure how well the fan-cables worked, but I think the tape would give that little bit extra security.
Also, I think you could get away with two EX240s instead of the Koolance 240s in the bottom. Also I'm sure you can mount a Alpacool NexXxos XT45 360mm rad in the top if you mount the fans on the top of the cosmos 2, just like TTL did with the Koolance rad :D

Awesome but...

Thanks a lot (Again) but there's some things, I want to build it sort of my way and I don't really like using the lower part, cause that's where I want to keep my harddrives/ssd's! If you saw the loop in the picture I think that's how I want it but I don't know where to buy the stuff and what stuff I need to buy! All I know is I'm going for a 140x140 Rad in the front, and 120x240 Rad in the top and D5 pump with Res mounted on top of it! I don't know what fittings I need nor if I need that little metal string inside the res (Don't know what it does but i've heard it's needed if you have rads and blocks with different type of metal or something) If you or somebody else could help me find how many and what fittings I need that would be awesome! (Going for 1/2 ID hose) Thanks a lot for any help!
