Hi
Yes U could use a H110 in this case in the same way u could fit a 3 cylinder VW Lupo engine in a Lamborghini Aventador. No space issues but just plains silly for all other purposes.
This case and the awesome system normally put in it deserves way more than a simple all-in-one watercooling solution. What hardware are u planning to use in the Cosmos2 build?
well tbh, I just started to build my own desktop pc after 10 years, once again and I've decided to consult advice from people in general see what the majority thinks on putting this water cooler, I may upgrade and customize my desktop pc, definitely in the future and max it all out, but probably put in 2-way SLI instead of 4-way that would be a waste of money I think... I really don't wanna make it a too expensive built... the parts I'm considering to assemble are as follows:
CPU: Intel Core i7-3930K 3.20GHz (Sandybridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110 Hydro CPU Cooler for Intel and AMD Processors CPU Cooler
Power Supply: CoolerMaster Silent Pro M2 850W
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme Intel X79 (Socket 2011) Motherboard
RAM: Kingston 32GB (4 x 8Gb) HyperX Beast DDR3 2400MHz DIMM CL11
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II NVIDIA Graphics Card - 2GB
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Champion
Network Card: Asus PCE-N53 300Mbps Dual Band Wireless-N PCIe Adapter
HDD: Western Digital Red 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6gb/s 7200rpm
SSD: Corsair Force Series GS 128GB SATA 3 2.5"
Optical Drive: LG BH16NS40.AUAU10B 16x BDRW SATA
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit (Upgrading to Windows 8 soon !)
That's it for the starter's kit !
(I haven't chosen an OC'ed version of GPU cause I want it to last for a longer period of time !)
PS: I also had a question about the top part of Cosmos 2 would I need to place 2 more 120mm x 25mm fans on top cause on the specs of the case I've seen its (optional) !, does that water cooler H110 need to be installed on that area instead of placing 2 optional 120mm fans ?
I'm going with the Corsair H110 CPU Cooler because its larger and it can provide more air flow, basically although tomshardware says that it's better to go with H100i, except I wanna have the most out of my case with its components...
I'll hopefully be done assembling my whole desktop built around end of June this year ! (missing components: CPU, CPU Cooler, RAM, GPU !)
