So I my computer now has every corsair part except the SSD.

The corsair products that are in my computer consist of:

Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz

Corsair H100

Corsair AX850

Corsair Radiator fans SP12

Corsair rear exhaust fan AF140

Corsair 400R

Specs are:

i5 2500k 4.6ghz 24/7 and 5.2ghz benchmarking

GTX680 1235mhz core 3200mhz memory 24/7 and 1435 core 3350 memory benchmarking

ASUS maximus gene-z Gen 3

8gb Corsair vengeance 1600mhz 9-9-9-24

ASUS Xonar DX sound card

Diamond TV tuner

500gb momentous XT

1tb 7200rpm HDD

LG super multi blu

400r case

H100 cooler

How are you finding the EVGA GTX680, i'm thinking of getting it and also how quiet are the corsair fans?

The Corsair SP120 RAD fans have a bit more noise than most people would like but they are the best performing rad fans I have ever used. I saw a 5-10 drop in temp using them over stock H100 fans.

My next step is to change the color of the GEFORCE GTX on the 680 to red. The reason for not having green fans is because the motherboard is the main part and the primary accent of the computer, if I were to go with green it would look terrible with a red accented motherboard and painting the dim slots, pci lanes and other red accents are near impossible and VERY time consuming, Also it is a ROG board.

I do use FAN Xpert and right now they are at around 26% and they are very quiet. Although I do have some resistors that I have that came with my Noctua D14 that I could try as well.

Thought you were gonna do a review of the fans

I went ahead and bought my own. Threw one of the performance fans on an H70. 20 degree 15 degree difference from my CM hyper 212 and runs supper quiet when under volted using the controller on the Cosmos 2. Very happy with my purchase.

Only problem I have with them is mounting them with the stock screws is next to impossible cause the rubber sound dampeners to start peeling away from the fan housing. Mount with bolts only.

Since you were talking about colors, how would you recommend changing the rings on the corsair fans. I'd like to make mine green but don't know if I should bother using a primer. The color seems died into the plastic rather than just painted on. My only painting experience is with warhammer models so any idea would be nice if oyu could offer them.

Rig looks awesome, very tidy build. Love the look of the corsair fans, so torn at the minute on what fans to go with for my water cooled white, black and red build its either these corsairs or the phobya nano g's.
