And that's how they get you sadly. If you already got it send it back.
Ok thanks for responding
so you would recommend a Noctua NH-D14 then ? Though if I did wan't proper water cooling what is the minimum I could set a decent kit for? and could I learn all about one and how to build one within this weekend?
EDIT: And are kits like these any good?:
http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=12137&cat=1262&page=1 + How likely are leaks to happen even if you take precautions?
EDIT 2: Just to speed things up here are my main system specs:
Motherboard - Asus X58 Sabertooth or MSI/Asus P67 (Not Sure Yet)
CPU - Intel Core I7 950 or Intel Core I7 2600T (Not Sure Yet)
CPU Cooling - CoolIt Eco A.L.C. 240Mm (Send Back)
CPU Cooling Fans - Xigmatek XLF 120mm Blue LED
CPU Thermal Paste - Zalman ZM-STG1
Memory - Mushkin 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 6-8-6-24 Ridgeback
Memory Cooling - Corsair Airflow Triple-Channel Fan
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 580
DVD Drive - Sony DRU-870S
Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (Might run in raid1 for backup not sure yet)
SSD Hard Drive - Corsair Nova Series 128GB
PSU - Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850
Case - Corsair Graphite 600T
Case Fans - Xigmatek XLF 120mm Blue LED and Xigmatek XLF 200mm Blue LED Fan
Fan Controller - NZXT Sentry LX LCD
I think I might go for water cooling, and and the time of writing this I am watching Toms beginners guide to water cooling. Going back, considering my specs would I need to cool other things apart from CPU? like the 580 seeming as it is a powerful card and would those XLF's be ok to cool a 240MM rad? If go that way.
+ By all means comment on my system
EDIT3 - Just finished watching the guide to water cooling and understand the whole thing a lot better now
Also the link above shows a kit which I think looks very good for what I want, however I'm not 100% sure, so what are your comments on it? (I can also add for example a GPU cooler onto that loop couldn't I? but would just a 240 rad be good enough for an Overclocked I7 and 580?)
