Cooler for htpc socket 775

I was wondering could someone point out a good cooler that is quiet that I could use in a htpc for an e6400 to keep it within reasonable temps but also be really quiet, if possible fanless would be better. On the back above the i/o plate there is only room for 80mm fans so would show space is a bit restricted.

I think the trinity might be a little tall so think the only option would be the scythe which looks perfect for what i need

With the size of that heatsink (noctua) would you think it would have the ability to cool an e6400 without a fan at all as having a fully silent htpc would be pretty cool

. I could underclock it if needed as its only really for movies and webbrowsing.
