well,
was just messing around in the bios a bit, tried to get the cpu voltage a bit lower, screwed up, had to reset my bios
nothig special so far, does happen to quite everyone
bad part about this,
forgot about my two HDDs that are/were in raid0 via bios
so basically deleted everything but win7
0 backups

fuck me

There should still be a way to recover your files. If you haven't already, install Windows on another drive and plug in the drives you used for raid. Even a format doesn't remove the data. Use something like DiskGenius to determine if the contents of the drives are visible.
