Cheap build for my cousin

Hi i just want to check that i aint forgetting anything or could get better parts for less money.

So this build is for 1080p gaming with a budget of about 670 eur with parts only so no OS or keyboard etc and there will not be any overclocking unless i can get it just a little higher with stock cooling.
I live in sweden and will be buying this from a swedish site so no amd gpu.
And why i didnt go with the athlon x4 760k instead is that it is out of stock but if it gets in stock before i buy it i will go with the 760k instead.

The price is the same for the ram and the cooler wont fit as the power supply is right above the motherboard. But i think i have a h60 somewhere that i could put in if needed.
