Well they finally done it, PlusNet have announced that they are capping all of their services, to 5gb peak times 8am - 12 pm (lol) and 50gb off peak. Although tbh, it seems too little too late.
Woah... for a second there I thought you meant IDNet, and had to double check (I guess that's what I get for coming on the site after medication time!)
Wow, thats a harsh policy, what account are you on? Before I moved to IDnet I had a 30GB peek and 100GB offpeak FUP, not a cap. Which was quite resonable.
Nope, they've brought the caps down, and they haven't told customers about it.

A Broadband Plus Usage Guideline will be published. This will be 5GB per month of peak time data transfer (8AM – Midnight). The guideline additionally allows for upto 50GB of off-peak usage. These figures are not fixed, and have been provided as a rough guideline amount only.
For the 14,99 you pay for the cheaper plusnet account the allowence you get is quite fair compared to other ISP. The way they go about changeing there T&C's is what gets me, very bad business practice indeed.
