check this article out, you'll be amazed, this is a pretty weird phenomenon that could lead to way faster and cooler CPUs than we currently have today, it's an interesting read.

But it says things around it get hotter - does that mean the PC will double up as a room heater?

I think if these do become parts of processors which seems likely, might take a few years, I think new heatsinks will have to be made that accept the heat from whats around it instead of heat transfer directly, but It will be a more efficient way of cooling the CPU either way.
 
Thanks for sharing the information.I was having a seminar on carbon nanotubes and seems to me that this informaiton would be of great help for me
