Car photos/discussion thread

People generally don't like my car too much. :D

Well a couple of weeks after having my head gasket fixed, engine management light comes on and the car starts juddering at low ish rpm's -.- had a google and it seems to be anything from coil packs, spark plug, oxygen sensors and camshaft sensor(?).

Bit miffed to say the least but everytime i tap the grey ecu box in the engine bay it stops so me and my dad think that it's a loose wire :/

Yeah that sounds like wiring to me, you've got a 206 right?

Some interesting cars and bikes in the thread. :)
Tank wins though.

Right my cars, started with a c reg 1.3 escort, then on to a e reg 1.6 escort, from that to a 94 220 gt rover (rusted) 94 seat 1.9 diesel (auction, failed hg sold straight on) 94 mondeo 1.8 to a 94 bmw 318, from that 2000 c70 t5 volvo, to the car i have now 07 focus diesel.
I only have pictures of the Volvo.

Bikes i started out from direct access to a 97 fireblade.

Thats it at donnington.

At cadwell.

From that to a 99 R6 .

That one at rockingham.

That one from mallory before it closed, i do hope it opens again.

To the one i have now 06 R1.

Thats from when i got it.

Speed in gear graph.

Power and torque.

Thats abit of history from me. :)

My first and current car since 2009. A 1995 Saab 900SE 2.0 turbo. It's got cruise control, automatic climate control and a nicely upgraded audio system. Presently sitting at 184,000 miles.

Live mapped it myself using some special software crafted by some very clever folk on ecu-project. The results should be around 275hp but my car is an early model which has some inlet charge heating plates in-between the head and inlet manifold that severely restrict flow. Previous stage 3 map is plotted thinner. (standard is 185hp/194lb.ft)

Ive been seriously looking at getting this:

i believe the 3l diesel v6 is the same one they use in the discovery and if it is you will not be disappointed.

My dad was going to get one but was put off because there is a button for a handbrake

dale the button handbrake is awesome. flick it on and auto off. its much better than the ones that are on normal cars. unless your dad likes to get sideways of course lol.
