Plus will it work if i hook up to TV 32 INCH

Edit: How quick do you need the system?

just looking at the list if you dont need alot of space it would prob be better if you got an ssd. due to 1tb cost

If I was going 3D, I think I'd be more tempted to down the nVidia route, depending on what you're going to hook the PC up to. Is your TV 3D?

All parts look good to me apart from the PSU, personally i'd go for a Corsair PSU OCZ stuff tends to break.

For your GPU, the AMD 7950 comes out on the 9th of Jan so it would probably be better for you to wait for that, I think Tom said the reviews for the 7000 series are on the 9th as well. Without a doubt though it will be better than the 6950 so it will definietly be worth the wait.

Like CiRCiT said above as well unless you need the space save some money and just get an SSD and wait for the prices of HDDs to come back down or get a cheaper smaller 250gb/150gb depending on what you need.

If you're not in a hurry to build your pc, possibly wait for Ivy Bridge? Other than that:

1) Change your psu, look for something that's Corsair, BeQuiet, Seasonic, Enermax, Mushkin and also maybe a higher wattage.

2) Have you looked into Nvidia cards or are you set on the 6950 + newer 7 Series AMD cards are around the corner.

3) I would advise Samsung or Western Digital, Seagate is not what it used to be.

4) Have you thought about a SSD?
