Swap it round for what mate ? The Ek one is an internal tube, with a g1/4 thread.

You want to put the Phobya end caps on that EK tube?

If so, then no. The EK tube in that link is about the size of a finger. They are used internally in reservoirs on the top inlet so that there is less air dragged into the liquid in the reservoir when the coolant returns.

Oh right, the problem with swapping end caps over is, they don't all have the same threads, plus the Phobya res's are only 50mm in diameter, where most are usually 60mm, or even 70 with the Photon, there are also 80mm with the Koolance build your own.

Like already mentioned the EK tube you linked are to put inside the res, screwing into a g 1/4 thread, it's if you've got a top inlet, and don't want the coolant just randomly entering the res, it directs the flow.

Actually in this instance, that tube is so you can use the top port of the res as an outlet which is why it's so long
