I am looking to do a water cooling loop for a build with a 4770k and a 770 in a CM storm trooper. I want to keep options open for more powerful CPUs (5960x?) and SLI GPUs (dual GM104). I'd think 1x240(280?)+1x360mm radiators would be the configuration, otherwise dual 240s (possibly 280+240) for the current setup, and I'd add the front and/or top 360mm rad later on for when and if I need it.
What should I get as far as pumps and reservoirs go? I'd think the D5 would be a good pump as it is quite powerful. This and this pump/reservoir combo looks pretty good, or would it be better to have a separate reservoir?
For separate reservoirs, Phobya Balancer 150mm?
Budget would be basically unlimited, but I'd like to keep costs down if possible.
I'd like to avoid drive bay reservoirs as I don't think they look good on the case, and the corners of them are failure points.
Also, is there a video of Tom mounting a 240 in the bottom of the Trooper or Stryker? How big is the clearance with a 45mm rad?
