First test with coolant
I will compare some coolant to find the best match with my fan shade
all coolant to be tested
1 - EK Lime Green UV
2 - Feser UV Green
3 - Mayhem Pastel Green UV (custom Mix)
4 - Mayhem UV Green
will compare UV effect color and under normal light color, need to match the Fan shade of green
First test (Photo)
EK UV Lime Green
under UV the color is pretty similar, but under normal lights, the fans still a little bit darker, but not so bad, need to see all others to compare

Wow is all I can think of, oh alright fantastic, awesome I just which I had your skill Snef just mind blowing. I can`t wait to see the end result.

I guess you didn't get the yellow snow Frank Zappa reference, oh well. I like the look but have you thought of getting the bolts anodized in neon green too? it would look cool. Heck even just painting them would let them stand out more and fit the theme, but I'd go with anodizing for the durability factor.

+1 for anodizing the bolts.

This would be the cherry on the cake, Would finish it off quite nicely :)

Looks awesome. :)

Thanks

sorry , didn't get this one, not a fan of Zappa, false, never take time to listen Zappa

its a really great idea, but I think I will paint these in white or let black, with the panel on , we don't see these screw and its a simple server, and already broke the budget for this build.....

just made some test with Feser UV Green Dye and we are pretty close to a winner
Thanks to Dazmode to send me Feser UV Green dye to do my test, very appreciate
Under normal lights, very very close to the shade of my fans
under UV, its close, but EK UV green is more like fan

next test, Mayhem UV Green pastel
I just put a full Bottle of mayhem Green UV Dye in a 1 litter of Mayhem Pastel sunset Yellow and still no UV effect, I think it will be very hard to have UV effect with Pastel
will try to achieve the same green and compare to others coolant

I invested in some of these tests too. In the end it is personal preference but I found the Feser One Acid Green to give the best result. However I found that it was incredibly bright so switched away from Lamptrons pro UV LED and opted for a softer look with UV cold cathodes.

Thanks
some change in Water cooling parts
change all of these for stuff I already have
change EK EVO for a Raystorm full white
change EK HOF gpu block for Razor 7970 all white
will add Darkside Green 3mm led to all
change EK HD fitting for Bitspower white C47
change EK 250 X3 Reservoir for Bitspower 250 tube res
change EK coolant for Feser UV green dye and Dazmode protector
Change EK hard tubing for E22 tubing
change a lot of small thing
will post update soon

Coolant test is done, stop my choice on Distilled water, Feser UV Green dye and Dazmode protector
now Sleeving, but I think the Commando Green is the best choice, the Lime Green fit under UV but not under normal Light
ahh... and I add a little chrome sticker on fan....

What do you think?
again I think we have a winner....

I can see from here that this sticker isnt aligned perfectly lol
Looks great especially the green/black sleeving fits very well

There Snef build always make me feel a bit insecure. Incredible stuff, looking forward to it all coming together. Love Sabertooth builds, especially modded ones.

Thanks Everyone, really appreciate

sorry for slow update but you know I work on 3 project at same time

waiting for some parts for Project Renegade X, (will post pics really soon of this one)
I can start working on the funniest (yeah,,,, right...) job on a custom build
the Sleeving
and to make it more funnier, its not a full Modular PSU
a Corsair TX750M, I recycled the one from Icy Blue Angel 1 (R.I.P.) i dismantled it Saturday and sold my SM8
anyway,

first thing this power supply is attached to this build for ever,
i cut the 24 pins cable to the right length
and the existing hole is never enough lager for all internal cables with individual sleeve
i simply cut both internal PCIE cable and use the modular PCIE instead of internal one
no more 2 GPU with this PSU loll

15074615577_5b035cf538_b.jpg

my TX750 Naked for a big surgery

15261184365_52f9f7d177_b.jpg

will finish it tomorrow, still CPU 8 pins and modular PCIE cables to do

Hi
Little Update
Sleeving is 90% done, need to sleeve Darkside led, pump, Fan and fan extension
but why not some pics of UV effect

I've made all right choice, the Darkside Commando sleeving is just the right color, love the UV effect and its a perfect match under regular lights
