Build an SFF with new parts and end up with 2 rigs?

Ok guys here's what I'm thinking....

Once my P4 rig is completely finished off, I will basically have all of the parts minus a case and PSU to build another rig. I am thinking about picking up a Lian Li V300A SFF case, an MSI mATX mobo, and a decent PSU to make my main rig. I would then take all of the remaining parts and keep them in my current case with the old 1.8ghz P4 that I have, 1gb of RAM, and a pair of IDE HD's. This would cost about $200 total but would leave me with a nice 2.4ghz P4 rig and a nice 1.8ghz P4 rig. Sounding pretty tempting right now.

Whatcha think?

I think this setup I've got on order will work out nicely, and now I'll have 2 rigs folding to take up the slack of my old Xeon.... I think this will work out for th better :)

I have to find a new home for this 1ghz P3 rig I have though, it's just taking up space....

Considering the selling of the old rig project, I would be reluctant to spend $200 on stuff atm unless I absolutely had to.

I made much more than I needed too on that rig to cover my expenses that I needed to cover. $200 on compy parts is the least I can spoil myself with with the leftovers :) hehe
