Brother needs a new gaming gpu.

My brother has a pc with i7-processor and 8 or 12gb 1333/1600mhz ram (sorry I dont know the specific details, I just know it doesnt need replace anytime soon).

However hes running with 2x275GTX, which are becoming outdated for his needs. He found a website who sells GTX660Ti, but there are like 5-6 different models, all ranging from £300ish to £5-600ish, and I personally dont know the difference.

It doesnt HAVE to be 660Ti, its just what he happened to find from a random search. He just wants it to be as high-end as possible within £350 or so.

Don't know where you've been looking but for £350 you can easily get a 670, for exaple a MSI GTX 670 OC.

He went to CanYouRunIt and looked up Borderlands 2 which barely made it across Minimum. However, it did only "count" one of the two GPUs he has, but I doubt one more is gonna skyrock it to the top of recommended.

Aside from that, he plays WoW, Starwars, aswell as new releases (when they come) such as Crysis and Bioshock.

Yea, sorry. But I guess any semi high-end card is gonna be an upgrade from what he has now.

Honestly I would still think 2 GTX 275 would still be pretty decent

He's gonna wait for release and see how it is, if its low fps he'll get a new. I have a GTX295 and also get above minimum, however still quite far from recommended due to it being Quad Core Cpu and GTX560.

Yeh, a 670 would be an ideal card. Or even a 7950/7970.
