FX55 running at 270x13

7800's running at 500/1375 with PCI-E running at 105Mhz in BIOS.

Next thing to try is BIOS flash the CLOCKS to avoid throttling - although I think I got the sweet spot now and there's not much left in them.

No3 in the world - for now........

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys.

I think if I BIOS FLASH the overclock I need then I can improve the scores a bit.

Got quite a busy week in front of me so if I dont do it today it will proably be end ofthe week before I can get it done.

By then two other things will have happened:

1) Scorchio will have his BH5 runningn at same speed as mine

2) Dazboots gets him a new MACH2, FX57 and the BFG OC 7800's

All of which adds up to some serious benching for TEAM EPUK, if I can stay in the hunt then I will be happy.

After this week, I'll be hanging up me official driver benching, perhaps trying some performance driver benching for a few days, then back to playing games properly - I'll be the benching coach rather than the Striker

Forgot to add that (if I am not mistaken) Mr Bios gets a special cooler EPUK modded so we should see some high scoring from him too.

Wow some major stuff there ,3rd on orb against some major players and their major cooling

me very green should be getting my fx57 in about a week,I was greedy and ordered the one our guys were getting for review,thinking I would be ahead of everybody ...did not work???but I will still be on the side lines as i am waiting for 7800u before I upgrade( if I can afford them the way things are going). should have got it from phil and I would be benching already.

Well I am hoping to get my cards on water and a chilly1 unit (with the new revision head even colder) all into my V2000 over the next few weeks so I hope to pull out a couple of more points still not on 7800's but lol

fx57 3.5 stable (could push 3.6) on r507 mach 2

2x 7800gtx with water coming (can currently do 495/1370)

1gb ocz nf4 pc5000 platinum coming (hopefully tomorrow)

EDIT: Also when you refer to flashing overclocked bioses onto the 7800s, what are you using to overclock atm? Also when you flash don't use Nibitor as it seems to add 2 0s to the end of any frequency you type in on 7800 bioses (which is no good unless ur going for 500/1400 or something).

@ Gollum - that the clock speed I flash to 500/1400 as my cards were the cheapies and dont go any faster LOL

Bring it on - TEAM EPUK needs new members - I am hanging up my beching boots at the end of this week (hardware preservation more than anything else!!) I fully intend to be a member of the coaching staff after that (until the new physics chip comes out or Dual core becomes fully usitilised for benchies to prevent the CPU bottleneck I get now)

I use nibitor v2.2a and had no problems even when I flashed 485/1300.

I shall try that as my Nibitor says 2.2 so I doubt it is 2.2a.

As am I. I haven't seen anybody post any results but since it's guaranteed to do 312.5 and I can probably get a fair bit more out of it with voltage I'm happy.

I'm not new - only to posting big scores cause I've always had at least one piece of hardware broken - so I don't blame you for hanging up your benching boots.
