120kg squat today, two half arsed reps and one ass to grass.

I seem to have hit a wall
squat is at 70kgs
bench at 65kgs
dead at 70 kgs
Not pushing on from this.. think its just mindset.. will give it another go next week.
I found out that a pre-workout helps a lot when hitting plateau's, it makes you feel hyper so you would always want to hit higher weights, atleast it worked for me. I did about a month taking one and my maxes skyrocketed. having the mentality of feeling like zeus also helps![]()

I was struggling to walk at the beginning of the week again, thanks to my leg workout on Saturday.
I think thats some type of fungal growth
I should probably invest in a wheelchair for the couple of days after I hit the legs. Jesus even walking has been agony the last few weeks.Stumbling along like an old man? Walking sticks are needed after leg day!![]()
