The 21st is Thursday, so does this end on Monday the 18th or Thursday the 21st?

I believe, it's 21st February,Thursday because of the quote below.I wonder how many entries are already in though.

All entries will be reviewed and ranked by ASUS as they arrive, with the top two entries being picked on the 21st Feb.
