But it's just that I don't want to write this in public, only have a question to ask a person via PM. But since I cannot send PM because of 25 messages limit.. now I have to write around the forums, so that I increase my post count.. so I can FINALLY be able to send PM to person that I talked a couple a months ago normally..

You can only PM admins/mods until you hit 25 posts. Admins are: Jim (myself), Kempez, PV, Ham, Llwyd...
