Sure, we need some sort of thread where people can opt to play via a poll or something along those lines.

Thats what I am hoping,maybe you should start a thread,asking for volunteers as OC3D have been challenged?
Once we can get people interested,we can talk about when(weekend would be best for all imo) and maps/modes.If this can get some traction,we could maybe run one meet on a Sat and one on a Sun,to even out for some who cant make a certain day,(at the end of the day it should be fun,but will also make us better players rather than the COD headless chicken crowd.

Was playing on a BF3 server and got disconnected a few times, same thing happened to me yesterday aswell. Today i got disconnected and a message said that i got banned from the server and the reason stated was bugusing

Punkbuster is probably thinking you're using some kind of hack/cheat for some reason.

Its probably there servers are bugged or something and the blame me, im fine on other servers so my rig is ok.
I use to see the ceiling of the tunnel disappear and i could see the enemy above me lool

Yep, it's not a problem on your end. A lot of people have been having similar problems and they seem to go away on their own.

Decided to take the plunge and grab it for pc now i have a new graphics card as i had only played it on 360 before, SO much nicer to play when your on your own.
Im not great but i get by fairly well considering how little ive played pc shooters recently.
Some things just feel broken on pc compared to console tho, EOD bot aim speed for one (mouse aiming) is just not there, makes burning people lay down near impossible unless you aim down a little as soon as you place it down.
Not a bad buy for £25 with the karkand pack so im happy.
Ive applied for the platoon so if anyone needs one more to make up the numbers for a squad and im online feel free to throw me an invite.

On console i was allways playing with the same group of guys that ive been playing with for years, teamwork with actual voice communication/spot shout outs/WATCH YOUR BACK THERES 2 COMING IN THE BACK DOOR kinda things to your squad makes it much more fun/less rage bringing. Why i never bothered getting it before for pc as id rather play on a version thats a little clunkyer/less pretty but with good mates than on a super shiney pretty version with a useless squad of snipers like ive been getting stuck with 50% of the time.
The other 50% ive enjoyed even tho the lack of fast communication to your squad gets a little anoying at times.

Im still puzzled for getting banned for playing the game normally, i wasn't camping, using cheats or anything like that. I wasn't mav riding but i was shooting them down although i don't think that can get me banned.
The other thing is that it was the only server that was glitchy to me i was falling through the floor, being able to see the enemy on the floor above the tunnels. All other servers I have ever played on are 100% perfect. Can't be bothered with that one anyway, there was always a massive waiting queue to play on the server

I was banned from a server yesterday as well. I was 13 - 1 and I was playing how I normally play and I was kicked from the server twice and the third time I was banned. I did shoot down an MAV once or twice, which may be the reason, but I don't know as the admin didn't provide any reason for the ban.
i wouldnt worry about ut dude, i have been banned from plenty of servers xD
fave was the [95th] server where i was banned for shooting an admin out of the chopper he was using to rape our spawn in.
lol server rules was no spawn rape and i got a banned for spawn raping xD i was in my own spawn xD
looks like i wont be able to make this as i have a match on the 19th for aria too :|

Cool. This was the first time it happened so I was thinking I might have done something wrong.
No problem dude, we have our 8 players and a few reserves and hopefully next time (if there is one) you will be able to make it.
