Better temps, same silence?

ok...lets be honest i'm a noob, i have a zalman fatality case, 2 x 92mm intake fans, 1 x 120mm fan to expell the air, plus a 120mm fan on the psu also expelling the air, i have a h50 on the cpu, and accelero s1's v2 on my 2x 8800gt's, my temps at idle after hours of general comp stuff, gaming , browsing etc are:

cpu:47c, gpu's both at 46c, To be honest after hours of gaming they rise about 10 degrees, is this ok? or should i do something different? by the way i have all fans including the psu set at minimum ( almost silent), no crashes, blue screens...nothing, oh, and the cpu is over clocked a little @3.4 ghz, but any help on improving this is indeed most welcome, after all, i'm here to learn.

A rise of 10C is fine if your idle temps are 46/47C as its still only 55-60C load, the cpu is good up to around 70C max and the gpu's up to something like 90C max. IF you wanted/needed to you could probably put the cpu overclock up a little to around 3.6-3.7 and still be in the safe zone.
