Hey guys ,

I want to know which is the best 2013 radiators and YES i have googled alot but all i am getting is 2009 or 2010 reviews but things have changed by 2013. So please tell me a good triple or quadruple radiator and which fans to buy for the radiators.

This also leads to my next question , also do let me know which casing to buy which will be compatible with the radiator you will suggesting me.
I dont have a budget problem so , do let me know which performs well and not really that noisy.

My configuration
i7 3970x (will be overclocking it )
Asus rampage iv extreme
two evga gtx 780 super clocked ( will use XSPC waterblock on them )
corsair 1200i

Thanks guys

Alphacool monsta rads are pretty good. I mean who can argue with 80mm. Corsair 900d is a huge case pricey but quality. You can get a 480 in the roof or at the bottom. Yiu wouldn't be able to go push pull with fans on it though I dont think. Not enough clearance between fans ans psu if bottom mounted and not enough clearance between fans and mobo if top mounted. Corsair sp120s seem to be one fan everyone is choosing these days. Good for rads. Hope that helps

hey sparkle nice suggestion man.. thanks alot . but corsair 900d is way to huge and i dont wanna have that huge thing .. anything else that u can recommend. thanks.

As for the rad and fans .. alphacool has many types of rad , can u be more specific and fans are corsair 120 sp120 right ? what about noctua f-12 are they any good ?.

thanks

theres loads of case options but its always personal choice mate.
good cases for watercooling would be switch 810, 650d, storm stryker are a few examples...

as for you'll want any of the alphacool nexxxos range because they are all copper.

yh the sp120s but make sure you get the quiet editions mate. the nf-f12s are good but expensive and look horrible with that colour

Sp 120s are loud. Only at 7v are they "quiet". At 12v i can easily hear them. At 7v is when most fans will perform damn near the same.

Pick a case first though. We can't really help you if you don't choose a starting point for you or us.

hmm starting point .. Well i dont know what rad would be enough to easily overclock cpu and 2 gtx 780 .. so only if i knew any rad that will be enough to cool them then i can think of a case for it.. so thats why i cam here for a help :(

Pick a case first. We can tell you to go get 10 Alphacool Monsta rads at this rate and it won't be of any use for you... Case is the starting point in any watercooling loop.

Lol that case is "okay" for air or water cooling.. It's not really a favorite of most of us here... try looking at a NZXT switch 810/820 or the Fractal arc midi r2 for a smaller loop. There are more cases but modding will be required.

Did you pick the 820 over the 810? 810 IMO is a better case but the 820 is just a more expensive version in it simply for the extra lighting features.

yes i dont have a budget issue here.. my issue is knowledge .. which you guys have . so from u i learned that nzxt 810 or 820 is good so 820 is fine with me :) ... but hey i heard people are having trouble mounting a truiple rad at the top of nzxt 820 and they have to move the rad towards the 5.25 bay thus forcing people to not put anything in the bay because of no space . please clear that out for me ..

so please then let me know which rad would be completely compatible without modding my case ( since i cannt do ) and any good fans as well .. thanks :)

hey i looked it up again .. nzxt switch 810 is much suiting with my needs.. i really really really really REALLY needed a case which had a clear side window so that i can show off my rig from inside.. ...

OK NZXT 810 IS A GO FOR SURE :)

ok. Now since we have a start point that the case would be NZXT 810 .. what radiators should be used for top and bottom for cooling ?

Hi yonus1932,

I put a 360 alphacool monsta in the roof of a switch 810. It is possible but requires some dremelling so if you want to do it without any modification you might want to choose a 60mm rad. or a 45mm rad if you wish to go push pull.

If you're willing to give up the bottom lot of drive cages you can fit any 240 or 280 rad in the floor. However a 280 and a long PSU (corsair AX1200i etc) will not work and a 240 and a long PSU will be a tight fit.

There are plenty of watercooled 810s in the rig gallery if you want to browse what other people have done. Just be sure to check with them if they made any modifications to get it all to fit.

Also what is your goal, do you want a silent rig or are you going for a noisy one with massive cooling potential. Radiators work differently with different fan speeds so it'll help with peoples suggestions if they know.

Cheers,
Ulijin.

If you're going switch 810 you *need* to watch Tom's video, he has literally EVERYTHING covered on it for water cooling the Switch.

hey ulijin i just need to overclock my cpu with the most safe voltage and overclock a little bit my gpu as well .. and the only only thing i do is play BF3 and now play BF4 and the next thing i do is render videos in song vegas. And THATS IT ! . so tell me if i can achieve this ting little task with a silent rig , yes personally i do prefer silent rig but to do my task that is play bf3 or bf4 with maximum fps and to get that even silent rigs will work then i am fine with that.

Hi Sub , yes i saw the whole video and he has given enormous amount of information .. love his work and reviews but then again guys i am here to know what rad i should go for and what fans for my NZXT 810 , so please help me with that . Thanks :)

Which SP120s are you talking about? PEs or QEs?

I have the Quiet Editions and they're silent for me, and I'm massively picky when it comes to fans and noise...
