You get what you pay for.

Believe me you don't want to go for a cheap PSU since if the PSU does break it way kill the connect components.

Well, a Corsair TX850W would not let me down right? It's just not modular, that's what I hate about it!

They make a 620watt.. which to be honest will run all modern hardware.

Yes they do, but I'm looking for future proofing. The TX750 is a good to go product but it's price difference with the TX850 is minimal only so might as well go with the TX850.
