BenQ XL2720T Or BenQ XL2720Z ?

I'm on the look out for a new monitor and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the difference is between the following 2 from BenQ -

BenQ XL2720T 27" TRUE 120Hz 3D Vision 2.0
BenQ XL2720Z 27" TRUE 144Hz 3D Vision 2.0

Is it literally just that one is 120HZ and the other is 144HZ and I'd be paying an extra £50 for 24HZ more or is there some other feature that I've missed ?

Any insight is appreciated :)

I have no idea about these monitors but going with the model numbers having only a one letter difference, I'd have to say yes, the refresh rate is the only difference....

I know it's in Dutch but it's a good side-by-side comparison. The only differences I can spot are the refresh rate and the special features, which just seems to be missing on the right one. There's a link to the manu website "Productinformatie van de fabrikant" at the bottom so you can check if it has these features or not. There's actually no difference in the colours, I think:

Brilliant thank you, As far as I can tell the only difference is some motion blur technology which apparently isn't all that great and the 24HZ difference.

The only things that i could see is that the Z has low blue light which is supposed to ease eye strain as well as the extra 24Hz

I can only see that being useful for the photographers/photoshoppers out there, Probably anyway.

Better blacks for movies, less grey-for-black, better gaming ?

Better colours are better for everyone. Apparently it's comparable to an IPS panels' colour vibrancy etc

I'd like to compare 120hz to 144hz, i read quite a few times that it makes a noticeable difference.
Well, i am happy with my VG248QE. The factory color settings are awful, but a color profile corrected that quite nicely.

Would it be possible to overclock the panel past the 120HZ ?

Also do I need to buy the separate "NVIDIA GeForce 3D Vision 2 New Wireless Glasses & IR Emitter Kit" for the 3D part to work with my 780 Ti ? As the XL2720T is "3D Ready".
