Manny fine gtx580 lightning/soc sold as 2nd hand now,but whats the point when the seller want 250-300£ here in denmark.

The new hd7970 is so much faster,and price/performance ratio will be a gtx580 killer.

It has been acting quite funny the last week and i decided to heat it up in the oven just to if it would fix the problem.

And now i just get a black screen and 2A error on the motherboard

After all night trawling forum posts from 2009, I have finally given up looking for methods to add voltage control to the 4890 and just flashed the bugger!

Edit: Gone from a max core OC of 900Mhz to 1100Mhz and still climbing.

I was in two minds before stock landed with us. It would be nice getting a nice wod of boints but a waste of time with Ivy so close and then when Ivy drops, Kepler is so near too. Ivy+Kepler=Deadly. So I spent £500 on two more Acards instead

Shockingly bad or should i start a new 1155 installation

.Looked at my scores and realized i havent tried 2x crossfire with my 2nd asus hd5870 on 3dmarks 03,05,06.

Have focused on pcmark05 for a long time,could be fun to improve our hd5870 scores and climb some rankings.

Second card can only reach 970 core. Which in comparison to the other one that can does 1150 is a bit of a shame.

Hmm,not enough to improve much.

Tried to find asus hd5870 Matrix or His hd5870,no luck.Think they are good for 1020mhz+.
