There are indeed 1300W power supplies, such as this:

Use staticice.com.au, its quite useful. As stated in my previous post, you should really consider simply going for a dual setup and upgrading when the time comes instead, as the GTX980 are simply not capable enough to warrant keeping them that long, nor upgrading to four of them.

The 4GB vram and 256-bit bus will cripple it, regardless of how capable the GM204 is.

that was the 1300 watt i saw. it looks good. is corsair just more expensive because of the brand or because it is higher than gold?
ok how do i delete posts. and how do i reply to 2 separate ppl with 1 post? dont i need 2 posts to reply to 2 ppl?
so i saw that u have 3 980's how are they is it worth the 3rd because u recommended me 2..

One advantage of using PSUs with lots of spare capacity is where they are not running near their limits they are at their most efficient and also with the right model the cooling fan does not have to spin up a lot of the time.
