they're defo in the country, mine arrived today

the gfx card in there at the moment has a couple of small heatsinks on the back that get in the way.

if only the cooler was about 5mm taller

Evercool is actually a fairly large fan distributor, just slightly lesser-known. It's kinda hit or miss with them
