Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe Pros and Cons

Hi I would like people's views on the Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe as i would like to make the best informed decision on whether or not to go ahead and purchase this, Any advice welcome.

there are better boards with the same features try not to get caught up in the "software" that comes with the board because when it comes down to it you'll be in the motherboard UI like 10 times or less a year, MSI GD65/Asrock Extreme 6 are selling well at like 180

It's a great board no doubt about it, but imo it's a bit overpriced. The Gigabyte Z77 UD5 and MSI Z77 GD65 are much better value for money, plus i've grown to dislike the look of the normal Asus boards for some reason, but that's just me being a bit weird
