Hey i just completed a new build using a asus p8p67 pro board. I updated bios version to 3602 and seemed to work fine but come to find out i was wrong now i have all kinds of issues raning from bios changing boot devices on its own and not reading cd drives or windows getting corupted. i have talk to some people to find that this bios was not ment for my board!!!!

My question is how do i back flash to a previous version bios that works? please help lol

if that board has a flash back button then its as simple as pressing that. If not you need to take the battery out of your motherboard for about 30 seconds. This should work.

you can re install the previous BIOS update.

Hope that helps. (I think you downloaded the BIOS version for the new rev 3.0 board that they just released, but i can't find the standard version of the driver. Install the one from the disc that cam with your board.)

maybe your bios keeps resetting due to a flat battery? if you do the flashback and there's still a problem try buying a new battery.

i have rev 3.1 and no bios flash back button il have to try taking the battery out
but according to a couple of techs i talked to i cant flash back without some program but the program only works on me version 8 so i have to check that out to.

and i put the 3602 bios version for ivory bridge but when i got the update it didnt specify that lol
