Assassin and sniper difference

Well for me i cant stand these retro futuristic looking cases. I love the strait edge clean and simple look of the 800d,

And the guerrilla is no where near the OCing potential of the Sniper/assassin. And when i said i only cared about the look and color that was because i knew the sniper will get the job i want done. But if the assassin is only 60 dollars at more... So if there was any difference. Like better build quality or higher achieving OC on a CPU i was going to grab it.

, I will, Of course everything in planning could change... I wont have the money untill august 15th... 4500 budget ASID from monitor... wall mounted shelving for surround sound dvr... 32 inch LG LED... New Desk... Some extra peripherals... Idk if i will wait for 2011 or if i will just build this 1366 build and blow it out of the water for a couple years then opt for upgrades... Its just a planning Q&A kind of thing for me right now.. I might ask my friend if he has some piks of the rig for me to post.

It wasnt an awsome looking rig since he half***ed it a bit but with some care and time you could deff do it.. Now the extra spot for 4 way SLI would be tricky and of course would be very hard to make it look none jerry rigged but could be done in a clean fasion..

But like i said square > retro

So your goin for some hardcore benching aye?

Maybe im going for some fun/bragging rights... Not really hardcore benching because i dont have a 990x or duel 590's but if i did i would deff go for it

, More or less just a build that i can say is near the high end i can have fun with before we all die in 2012

16x/16x is pointless imo :/

This depends on your monitor setup apparently. Whilst its true that there isn't much difference between 8x/8x and 16x/16x on a single display, when using multi displays apparently the difference drastically increases.

I did find a review on this but I can't find the link atm.

must tell a certain canadian to make a video of this....makes sense though...more pixels more bandwidth

i was surprised that even under 4x the benchmark he was using didnt have a huuuuge difference only about 100 points

Yeah, I was pretty shocked by that too. Would love for him to run those tests again with that same card and the 5 monitor setup he was showing off the other week. Thing is I don't think you will cus I get the impression that most the stuff he does is to show things in the best light possable cus what he does is basically all advertising for the store he works at. Maybe I'm being harsh. He's nearly always worth a watch though.

Anyway, found that link: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/08/23/gtx_480_sli_pcie_bandwidth_perf_x16x16_vs_x8x8/3

Enjoy, and be enlightened
