I think Marcus banned him for aimbotting, but he was on half hour later complaining. He was also saying how he had keygened a new key and such, and he couldn't have been hacking because his score was now crap :S

Would know more, but my laptop decided now was a good time to overheat and shutdown.

Don't think i trust the probes tbh. It's well cool now and still saying 80 for the cpu.

Anyway, my score when I jumped on again wasn't THAT bad... About 70 kills, 30 deaths, a little more or less. Perhaps left before the last turn ended?

How often have a "cheater" ever whined about being banned, or even gone through the trouble registering on the forum for that server just to get unbanned? I just want to prove I am not cheating Though that's a bit hard to do, because you really can't trust anyone over the internet. Perhaps someone could spectate on me next time I join and then confirm wether or not I use aimbot? lol

I get called cheater at least once every day if I play for more than 4 hours *brags*, but this was the first time I ever got permanently banned for someone suspecting me of cheating. Been temporarily banned because of votekicks before, but that's that.

I don't swear (far as I know) or call people things for no reason... just trying to be a fair guy and have fun playing a game I like.

It's good that the server actually got admins playing on it and keeping cheaters away though. I don't complain about them doing their job. Just want to clear my name.

On a CS:S server i frequent there are a silly amount of people who think they can just deny they hack and get unbanned. I've seen people wait a year or so to try and let everyone forget them in order to get unbanned.

I watched you for 5 kills after you killed me from the other side of the map with an assult rifle, all of which looked VERY dodgey kiils. Corsair bouncin from one side of your screen to another very quickly and locked to be locked onto people.

As the server enforces a zero tollerance policy I banned you.

After banning you several other people commented on some of your kills as well.

Later, you returned on Map Convoy where you actually shot me whilst you gun was pointing in the air and you where up against a wall whilst I was sniping from the other side of the map.

But in answer to the OP, I have banned several people who have been using mombot (not been to bad recently thought) and then they appear back 10 seconds later due to them using a key gen, its really not funny.

Is there an IP ban? that would at least dtop them for a while, or maybe using the one that has hardware info hashed in with it. That might make for a perm ban. Doubt they would be allowed to do that as it might decrease sales.

Hmm... next time I'll record the game with fraps. That should be evidence enough I guess. But note that Fraps also drains alot of FPS so it will amke the game alittle harder, but I think I can manage to play.

hmmm, all i can say, is that alot of people uses keygens nowadays, so u nless we enable PB for "the same keycodes" then it most likely the hacker will persist. However, i really don't see the point for a hacker to start again after being banned, as he will have to earn his achievements again but at a guess some are quite persistant. However PB is absolutely annoying speaking from a perspective.

Apa in your problem i suggest, that you could try not to kill someone from the otherside of the map through a building?

I am going to prove that I am NOT cheating by posting more videos of my gameplay and show you that I might just be nothing but a good player, but I sure in hell aint going back to your servers if this is how you treat your players...

no offence, dude, but i tend to listen to an admin more than a palyer However, your opinion is still valued, and yeah, if it turns out your not a hacker, i guess, the admin who banned you owes you an apology?

Surely you must agree that if an admin sees someone who s/he is pretty damn certain is a hacker, then they should ban.

It gets them off the server and gives the admin time to gather other opinions and evidence.

After which a ban can always be removed.

It also boosts gamers actually coming to join the community, which is what we need if we want the servers to stay up.

As far as i know JasonJman isn't an admin, he doesn't represent their views or opinions.

I will say, when i was playing against you there were some quite dodgy shots. I hadn't played in ages and didn't want to sit in spec, so i only saw a few kills.

One final note. that score is lower than the one i saw whilst you were playing and some very good players have been known to hack so they are the best in game, or they just get lazy.

You're still on the server with your cracked account, so there is no real need to whine and moan. Was the first account a keygened one?

The only thing I want out of this is to PROVE I am not cheating. I don't want an apology, I don't even want/need you to like me... I just want to PROVE I am NOT cheating. I have so far uploaded 2 vids to Stage6, but they are being "processed", and it has said so for the past 3 hours. Tomorrow I will probably be able to post the links.

I also recorded one game where I actually do a few "dodgy" shots with the sniper rifle. The trick is to not hold the breath for each shot, especially on people that are moving. On long distance, though, you should hold the breath. That makes it much easier

Note that the vids slow down after a short while, and just become slower and slower for some reason... the raw clips don't have this slowdown, but they are 4GB big each, so I had to reduce their quality... if anyone know a good video compressor/converter/whatever, please post its name and I'll use it instead so there won't be any slowdowns.

Contradictions are win. If you don't want/need players to like you, then why do you care if people think you're cheating.

At the end of the day, trusted members of this community have been selected as admins. If one of them bans you, then I'd like to think the others would agree with their decision.

Bans are not particularly a common occurence for "non-cheaters" as you put it.

If you were banned, it was done so for a reason. If said admin decides that they are wrong, I'm sure they will remove the ban. No amount of whining, crying or (insert word here) is likely to influence their opinion.

Fraps video's dont prove anything particularly. I'm sure if you fraps 20 games you'll get one high kill ratio game that you can post, making the point of "I fraps therefore I'm clean" rather moot.

If you were banned, it was done so for a reason.

The reason for me getting banned was because the admin/s are noobs and can't take it that I am better than them. Therefor they KICK ME OUT of the game and claim that I do something stupid as cheating.

What the HELL is wrong with ALL of you!? I KNOW NOONE never has tried this hard to prove he/she is not cheating. This is all BS! I bet that talk about people on CS popping up one year later begging to be unbanned is BS too.

If recording my gameplay is not enoug, how about this then!? I go to your server and one/all of you SPECTATE while I play. If I still play as good and make you start crying and think about kicking me because you can't take that I am so good, that should be proof enough. I don't mean spectate on only one map, I mean that someone spectate for HOURS.

I saw another thread where someone else had been banned too. You Someone said that if he'd jsut been more polite he would have been unbanned long ago, but that was BS too. You ban people as soon as they prove to be better than you. And apparently you

on them if they try to prove themselves.

As an admin mate...seeing that post wouldnt exactly help you much. Just be co-operative and polite and perhaps be sensible about it. You would have banned someone if you had a definate gripe they were hacking...it is our job.

We arent trigger happy banners at all, in fact we spectate any suspicions for at least 10 minutes and ensure they are actually cheating. In all honesty, its up to who banned you if they feel they made a mistake. If they stick to their guns, then unfortunately theres nothing any of us can do.

I recommend you edit your post and speak rather nicely to Marcus about a rethink?

I've stayed quite in these cod4 threads simply 'cos I'm not a cod4 player. But ive admined the CSS servers here for a fair length of time. And to be perfectly honest, mistakes happen. And when dealt with correctly they are rectified.

The admin's job is not only to ensure that cheaters, spammers and abusive players are kicked. But to keep the server a friendly environment for all. And though that post alone you've shown that you don't have the patients to allow things to run thought the channels, and the correct attitude for playing on any respectable server. If it were up to me, you would stay banned.

So far staying calm doesn't seem to help _AT ALL_. Have you even read all the posts? I have been trying to prove myself, yet NO ONE believes me. I try to prove myself with one way, but that won't do. I make up another, and that won't do either. Tell me WHAT I can do so that you will believe me!

This seems not to be about me getting blamed for cheating anymore. This seems only to be about me being wrong, you being right. Nothing else. Yet _I_ am the only one atleast trying to prove I am right.

I have spent hours on uploading videos with my slow upload speed, and converting 89.4GB of clips to an acceptable size and image quality, but apparently it won't do as evidence now all of a sudden.

How would you feel if you were being blamed for cheating and lying? And no one believing you? And no mather what you do, no one cares?

Tell me what to do to prove myself and I'll do it. No mather if it would take a month I'd do it. Just name it. PLEASE!

Well making "frag movies" arent really going to prove you are innocent unless you are pulling off these accused shots all the way through. As mentioned before you wouldnt really video yourself hacking.

Perhaps going on a fully punkbustered server may help? Oh wait...you dont have a legit version. Even so PB sucks
