Anyone still playing BF3?

Hello everyone,
Just wondered if anyone on here is still playing BF3 and would like to squad up? I'm hoping to get BF4 once I've upgraded my rig but in the meanwhile would be nice to have some people to play with :)

I will try to see how it runs on my temporary rig tomorrow and if its playable then im willing to join :D . Summer holidays ahead
 
If you like bf3, I wouldn't bother 'upgrading' to bf4, you'll be upset with the state of the game.

To be fair, BF4 is fairly playable now and can actually be enjoyed at times. If you grow tired of BF3, its worth a shot if you don't mind spending the money.

I havent bought any DLC, except for China Rising, which came with the game. To me, DLC costs way too much and I shouldnt have to pay double to price of the original game for DLC (which I should already fking get cause I BOUGHT the game). That aside, the game is not bug-free, but I enjoy playing it from time to time, just because there is no game like Battlefield.
 
Yup, its got ridiculous having to pay for a game twice for DLC. Ahh sod it, f me Hardline is out soon! That best be bug free, I won't be buying that on release day thats for sure.

Hardline... I must say that I actually enjoyed that game, but its way too repetative (maybe not with new game modes and maps). It still feels too much like a Battlefield game with silly vehicle physics and clumsy movement. I wont be buying it, unless it is really good. Or or perhaps there could be an amazing single player by visceral.
 
If hardline is anything like the beta, it just feels like a poorly made BF4 modpack. definitely not worth the pony up for a full-priced title.

This is pretty much true. Its fairly buggy, but it has one thing going for it and that is that its actually a fun game. Playing blood money is really enjoyable because you are trying to get cash, steal cash, and defend your cash at the same time. Its fairly chaotic, but I'd say thats fun. Many modern games have amazing graphics and are bug-free, but cannot be called "fun".

It can be as fun as it likes, it still doesn't feel like a battlefield-name worthy game, it's a cops n robbers mod for battlefield, not "battlefield cops and robbers" (if that makes sense?)

It should be sold at the proper price point, which is half what it's currently listed at, or as a fucking mod pack.

Gone are the days where DICE's morals really mattered, remember when they said they'd never charge for DLC packs? lol
