Any Quality Differences Between Hard Tube PETG + Fittings?

As the title says, I'm wondering if there's any noticeable differences between hard tube PETG and fittings from the manufacturers? Since I've never done hard tubing before, I'm really unsure which brand to go with.

I was looking at XSPC's fittings since they look really nice, but they are 14mm and since it seems only XSPC make 14mm hard tube PETG, I do wonder if anyone got experience with this, any recommendations etc.

Not used the xspc ones. I have ek 16mm petg tube and fittings.

Personally i would suggest going the same manufacturer, as size differences are less likely to happen that way. So, you should be fine.

The other big thing with petg: stay away from fluid containing glycol. Failure to do so will likely lead to tube failure. Most coolant these days don't use glycol, but it's best to make sure.

I have also worked with EK, and it have been working fine. And not as hard as i feared.
And you need a way to fix the heatgun, otherwise it is WAY easier to be 2 working together.
You'll often need a free hand :)

And i like using free hand instead of tools, its easier to control.

D'you know I really do not credit XSPC anywhere near as much as I should. They make solid, beautiful looking fittings. I've not used any of their actual tube/hose fittings, just things like 45 deg and so on and they are amazing. Very heavy and of a lovely quality.
