Alienware M17

Work got one of these three weeks ago.

nice bit of kit they thought................................

Well its fried now...........................

It never even played a game, not a hint of stress for it..........

Alienware support suggested we reseat the memory and graphics card..........

Still a £2000 paperweight..............

What a poor product !!!!!

I told them not to get it, all badge and no trousers !!!

Maybe that M17 was a one off.

All my relatives have alienwares and none of them have problems.

And yeah, warranty?

it is been picked up on Monday.

Apparently its a 10 day turn around.

After the fault occurred i started googling and the M17 range does seem to have a range of issues.

None of my relatives had an issue with an M17.

Ah maybe we are just lucky.

Brother has an M17 its never gone wrong i even dropped it once from a height of like a meter and half and it was still fine(thank god for shag pile carpet)...
