I agree about the scythe fans 'whining'. At full whack they are quieter than others IMO. But they keep their whine even when at 5v which ruins it a little for me

At full whack, they don't push as much air as others... Just like the BitFenix Spectres are near inaudible at 12v...

I have a bequiet silent wings 2 in a draw - no where to put it, but they are very very good fans. Just strange that they didnt think to design them to be used on a rad, and at the end of the day, who's gunna pay £17 for a case fan

the reeven coldwings look great. I wouldn't recommend those for horizontal placing though

They use sleeve bearings which decrease the life span if used horizontally. Can also make them louder and cause rattling

I have 5 silverstone Air Penetrators, 1 140mm Bitfenix Spectre and the Noctuas on my D14. I also have a bequiet silent wings in a draw, than I've run out of space to use, but they are seriously good fans

Oh those air pennies are real nice, I used them on a mates build.

So you would recommend the noctuas over the gentle typhoons?

The Noctua NF-F12s yes.

I would reconsider your fluid choice. Aurora is brilliant for a show rig but the micro particles will gather and stick in low flow areas of your loop so not ideal for long term use. Other than that it looks ok.

oh really? i was thinking of buying just white tubes and just have maybe a black mix coolant. Yes the White Nebula looks amazing. lol
