out of the two - i, personally do not like the silver arrow's looks
they both perform similarly
the D14 is easier to fit, and comes with better fans

Oky lets start this Off.
1) yes they may be a cheap man's option for water cooling how ever to be cheap there is a reason behind it.
2) The reviewers most of the time make money from the reviews and then review the products to keep manufactures happy. Go see 3d man video reviews.
3) Tom im glad to report doesn't care most of the time if a manufacture likes his reviews or not. He puts his point across bad or good in a hope that then said company sorts its problems out. Some times to the point he will no longer receive a product from that company again cos his pissed them off.
4) Water cooling is a art form in many respects and Antec Kuhler H20 is just a peace of shit. If you want to waste your money on that then please do. How ever it will just be a waste as its a stepping stone to going to real water cooling.
If you want water cooling then go water cooling don't bother with the in betweener's ... you throwing good money down the drain. And last but not least do not believe every thing you read in a review.

Really? the top of the fan is about in line with the top of the 5850!!!

ffs the NZXT Phantom is bigger than your lexa or m59 or w/e your using, that WONT fit a d14 with the side panel fan on so i doubt a case smaller than the phantom will
yes but the fan on my NZXT M59 case is much lower down so shouldn't have a problem!
