Yeah expansys are definitely a reliable company. I'm more worried about the handset having some kind of huge flaw. At £99 though its almost worth a try.
 
It could of course be a brand that doesn't rip off like the settled brands. I recall reading a list of iPhone parts and their costs, totalled $50 or something.

EDIT: have someone buy and test it? :p
 
mmmm looks tempting,maybe its cheap due to MS getting ready to push thier next O.S. for phones(6.5 or 7) cant remember which,but I do know they are going to push it out to co-incide with the windows7 launch
 
i've heard of i-mate before. i'm sure it was a network that rebranded them with that tag.

Wonder if you'll be able to get winmo 6.5 or 7 on this.

i-mate were the names given to the early T-mobile smartphones,usually made by QTEK
