8800GTS Power!

Hi dudes, It me! :D

Well, I want to get a 8800GTS for Christmas :p

I have an alright PSU but I don't think it has a PCI express power thingy!

or a SIX pin plug... I have some sort of 6pin plug but I think thts for Mobos.. :S

Could someone help withthis.. Is there a convertor or something? Or even a 8800GTS with molex. :D

only 6 pin that springs to mind is the PCI-E connector :/ ill have a check in a sec. you should have a molex to 6pin with the PSU if its half decent anyway, if not im sure you can buy one

Woww do not try to run an 8800 on that, I wouldn't advise it. I run a cheapo too but they are actually pretty reliable cheapos. Your cheapo seems just cheapo :[ I advise a new PSU or what llwyd posted might really happen
 
to be completely honest i wouldnt even try it, its not worth the risk. in theory your PSU could probably run it but in reality it is very likely to crap out and, depending on how it is built, zap the bejesus out of your motherboard, costing you a tonne.
