Yeah, these things sometimes just happen. Better this than screwing your fan screws into your radiator pipe (yeah, I did that once :cussing.

Those stock heatsinks on the DirectCUs make me kinda wish Asus would start making stock liquid cooled cards. Judging from their capabilities (not just with these cards here, but in general) I'm sure those would be so totally awesome :drool:.

turn the radiator 180°, this will open that area between the rad and PSU for cabling.
hosing will be longer or shift the holes forward 25mm or live with it...
