7950 vs Gtx 670 2GB/4GB vs Gtx 680 2GB

Okay, these are the three cards I have narrowed the selection down to (kind of :L). I game on a single monitor at 1080p resolution. I would like to be able to play BF3 on Ultra with no frame rate issues. I'm guessing 4GB of vRam would be overkill for one monitor, but I was wondering which of the above cards would have the best bang for buck so seeing as I can find the gtx 680 for £382 and the gtx 670 4GB for just under that I thought I may aswell ask. Thanks!

Go with either the KFA2 or Gigabyte Windforce 670

Standard 7950 or 670 would be more than sufficient at 1080p

not you fault dude, in last thread the 670 witha 680 PCB was decided upon before the ranting about VRAm started,

but this time you have selected a worse AMD card to compare, what makes you think the results will be any different?

Lol i know i had another thread but i've done some more research and in terms of bang for buck i decided on these (and my last thread was overrun by people arguing which made it pretty difficult to get what was going on), but the 7970 is still a viable option if you think it would be worth it.
