Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?

Thanks

Something is overclocked too high or running too hot.

Alternatively - it's not seated in the slot correctly, the BIOS is not set-up properly or you have a power supply issue.

In failing all of those - it's a gonner :(

Ok. Im going to test with some diferent PSUs, blast the slot with compressed air and redo the HSF with AS5 :D

Thanks all

LOL, i know where this picture coming from :D :shhh:

I spoke about this yesterday with Animal and he mentioned it's might be bad BIOS flash, if not then it's might be RAM probolems and if the RAM is screwed then card is worhtless...

A bad BIOS flash is possible - and easily rectified.

Post teh rest of your system specs here - maybe it will help us identify otehr areas of concern for this issue.

do you have the same problems when computer first boots

is it ok in the bios screen? before windows loads the drivers

Oh I had/have this. It only happens when it is overheating, and is above 70 degrees c. Unfortunately, it is rather good at running a few degrees below the "auto-shutdown" point, where i turns off, whatever your doing. Try seeing if the fan works by runnig the pc with the case side panel off, or puting a really good fan next to it (hol it up if you dont have anywhrer to put it; its only a test. If it is still not working, i guess that it is broken. : ( I hope you have not "modded away" your warranty like me.. . .. . .
