500R with some modding

OK. What leds did u use and how much? I would try to route those front fan cables another way to hide them more. In fact getting extenders and "stealth away" all fan cables. :)
Of course these are just nitpic suggestions - build looks very nice and functional.

How different is the colour and texture of the case black and your new paint? In pic 1 they seem to be very different but in pic 2 they come across as close to similar :)

I got those Led strips from NZXT.
Yeah the cables have a different color than the mainboard. But the fans do also have a different color. If you put enough light in there you can see the differences and someday i will paint them a bit darker.

Actually i did get a fan extension cable and routed them in the bottom so they are 95 % hidden.

Hi there, nice rig and I really like that sleek looking sleeved cables.
Since I also have OCZ ZT PSU I have to ask did you sleeve it all by yourself or did you buy pre-sleeved cables somewhere for this PSU?
Regards

U have to sleeve them all by yourself. Unfortunately there are no pre-sleeved cables available for this psu. I did it with paracord because it is cheap and fairly easy to do.

Update :)

We basicly just have some awesome sunshine outside right now and because i had unplugged my pc for cleaning i thought why not make some more pics with the beautiful sun :)

Unfortunately my camera is out of house so i had to use my phone ... :(

I have changed some things:
-Added a bottom intake fan
-routed the front fans cables in the bottom to hide them
-redone the complete cable management

Here are the pics ;)

All that nice blue sleeving :dribble:

On another note, phone cameras seem to be not too shabby nowadays, provided you have good
lighting :)

System is looking mighty fine. The table tho`.... U need to tell your father to sand it down and get som fresh oil/varnish on it! trolololololol :)

Considered sleeving the rest of the cables?

Actually i did plan to sand down that table next weekend, because summer is coming :D

And yes i plan on sleeving all the rest of my cables but i just don't have the time and effort to do. I would have to order new paracord and make sure it is the same color and stuff.. But i might just get a new psu straight away because mine is fairly loud .. i'll have to see

Your rig looks awesome, I love it! Those pictures in the sunlight are really nice :D

I have the same PSU, the fan after some time will more than likely get noisy. But you'll be pleased to know, a matching AF140 will finish it off nicely. See pic.

Fix negative pressure with more intake ;)

Guy, that is one sweet build, there is nothing to pick apart on that baby and the blue cable extensions man....so fresh and so clean!

Looks good man. Ive been wanting to replace the mesh grill on the side panel with some acrylic too. Doesnt appear to be that hard of a job. Home Depot sells a sheet that is the perfect size according to a tutorial on Youtube. So aside from a little cutting, it should be a fairly easy job.

Oh yeah the psu fan............... I replaced it with a NF A14 FLX on the ultra low noise adapter and now it is DEAD quiet.

And yes removing the mesh is really easy. It takes like 2 minutes. Grab a jigsaw and cut the acrylic window so it will fit. Some screws or whatever you choose to keep it in place. Boom your done, 15 minutes and your good to go.

love the effect that the LEDS are giving off when the side panel is closed

Thanks mate :)

And a little update as well. H100i back from RMA now working fine. All fans you can "see" are running under 600 RPM. The Noctua NF A14 FLX inside my PSU is running on about 700-800 (ULNA and another little resistor). I have to say i cant tell from sound if my pc is running or not :D
