This is with C1E disabled... thermal / speed stepping is still in place.
Disabling the speed stepping only increases the core Mhz to 1224 though...

Disabling EIST, C1E and speed stepping as well as manually entering my RAM info only puts the core up to 1224Mhz...
Every other post on the net with the symptoms of this seems to always get fixed with manually entering the memory settings, and then disabling EIST, C1E and speed stepping... I just dont know where to go next, other than Scan tech support... for all intents and purposes, once speed stepping is removed, and its at 1224MHz, thats exactly half of what I should be getting! Something is restricting it, and I just can't think of what.
